Is lifting weights a good way to lose some weight?
Hi Lecia,
Lifting weights is one of the best ways to lose weight if you also follow a good diet. It’s good because:
1) It burns calories as you exercise
2) It increases muscle mass, which burn more calories
3) You continue to burn extra calories long after you’ve actually finished your weights session.
